About the event
Hi, My name is Patrick McKay. I am only a vessel to provide this space and a simple message. I am inspired by many teachings of the world. I am inspired to be a better father to my kids. A better partner for our growth journey. A more patient stranger. I am on a learning and growth journey myself and am inspired to tell my story in the hopes others resonate with it. Â I hope to inspire and be inspired by this journey. While providing a place a time a how and a why we do this.. Lets take this journey together.

This event is about bringing us together in a safe creative space to express our inner selves. The idea is you can come out of these sessions more aware and concious of the way you think of yourself and how you interact with your day to day lives. You can come out of these sessions more empowered and confident. At the minimum you can come out with a better habit and understanding of meditation and how to achieve it.
